Questions? You’re in the right place.

Is IPO a government agency?

No. IPO is privately owned and non-profit-affiliated, and is not a government agency. Free official help is available through IdentityTheft.gov in the US, your local police, or your national fraud center.

How can I follow my case?

The client portal is designed to bring case progress, team updates, documents, and next steps together. The portal currently shows an illustrative preview; secure client accounts are not yet available.

Do you guarantee that I’ll recover my money?

No. Every situation is different, and no outcome or fund recovery can be guaranteed. Our goal is to give you clear guidance and support.

What does it cost?

The initial case review is intended to be free. Any paid professional services require a disclosed fee and your agreement before payment. Final fees and refund terms will be published before bookings open.

What information should I never share?

Never submit full passwords, PINs, full card numbers, or security codes. Use official channels to contact your bank and keep sensitive information out of ordinary emails.
